It combines a robust double track crane rail, a transfer plate for structured media routing, and an energy supply system for cables and pneumatic hoses. Double track crane rail The crane rail consists of two parallel rails that enable stable and smooth movement of loads. It is attached to steel girders with multiple star suspensions and has adjustable and fixed stops to limit the travel. Profile end caps on the end faces ensure a safe and clean design. Transfer plate The transfer plate is used for the orderly routing of cables and pneumatic hoses. It is equipped with laser-cut strain relief combs and is attached directly to the rail via T-nuts. Energy supply system The energy supply system ensures reliable routing of cables and hoses along the crane rail. It consists of an end clamp and cable carrier trolleys with band loops for flexible and safe media routing.
