Our Products are designed for safe and ergonomic handling of tightening tools in industrial assembly. They reduce weight, absorb reaction forces, and enable precise movements in the work process. From the lightweight carbon arm and torque reaction arms to lifting and travel systems, the portfolio covers all key functions. All Components are based on a modular system and can be precisely matched to the respective tightening case and workstation.

carbo-arm

The carbo-arm consists of two or three interconnected carbon tubes and is available in the sizes carbo-arm 055, carbo-arm 220, and carbo-arm 400. The respective number indicates the maximum torque load capacity in newton metres. The lift length can be selected in three stages (s, m, l).

Using hardened carbon fibres creates a rigid and lightweight design. This ensures that the torque of the connected tightening tool is reliably absorbed and precisely guided.

The handy-arm is a floor mounted, hand-guided nutrunner handling system. Sealed rolling bearings ensure precise, smooth-running guidance of the tool.

The system can be used both stationary and mobile and can be adapted to different work areas. The handy-arm is suitable for a wide range of tightening applications.

The handy-flex is used in many areas. These include the assembly of engines, transmissions, axes, and batteries. It also supports numerous applications in general industry. The handy-flex systems provide an optimal solution for hand-guided and semi-automated assembly processes. They are suitable for use at individual workstations. They also work in combination with conveyor technology that enables automatic workpiece transfer.

The handy-lever offers flexible installation options, both stationary and with limited mobility, and does not require a steel structure above the work area. It features pneumatic load balancing and enables lateral immersion, undertravel, or overtravel up to 3,000 mm. The ergonomics reduce the physical strain on the operator. The flexibility enables use in various work areas. Thanks to its high precision, it enables precise positioning and movement of tools. It improves control of tools and increases workplace safety.

handy-smove

The handy-smove offers a swivel range of 360°. It enables infinitely variable adjustment of the lift vertically and horizontally. The design is very smooth-running. In addition, the angle-correct position of the nutrunners or the EC-spindle provides vertical and horizontal guidance.
