JÄGER Handling GmbH was represented at the 1,000th anniversary celebrations on September 14 and 15, 2024 and presented its innovative handling systems. Visitors to our stand were able to experience first-hand how our solutions are revolutionizing ergonomic working in the automotive industry. Our technologies made it much easier to handle heavy tools and high torques. Our team provided exciting insights and exchanged ideas with interested visitors.

JÄGER Handling presented itself at the career choice and study fair to look for promising young talent. Industrial mechanics, cutting machine operators and technical product designers were in demand.

Another donation to support Ukraine
At the beginning of the war, JÄGER Handling pledged to support the Ukraine with a donation of 4,000 euros. Shortly before Christmas, a further donation of 5,000 euros was made. On Sunday, February 5, 2023, Rainer Jäger handed over the symbolic cheque to the Easy team in Gaildorf.

District Administrator Gerhard Bauer was a guest at JÄGER Handling in Sulzbach-Laufen. In conversation with Managing Director Rainer Jäger, Mayor Markus Bock and WFG Managing Director David Schneider, the District Administrator emphasized the positive development of the specialist for hand-guided and semi-automated handling systems.

From Tesla to Porsche – as a specialist for hand-guided and semi-automated handling systems, JÄGER Handling from Sulzbach-Laufen counts many top-class suppliers from the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors among its customers. With a product portfolio that ranges from the assembly of battery cells to car bodies and chassis, the special machine manufacturer founded in 1991 is considered a market leader.
During a company visit on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, District Administrator Gerhard Bauer, together with Sulzbach-Laufen’s Mayor Markus Bock and WFG Managing Director David Schneider, got a first-hand impression of the developments at the company location. In addition to an informative tour of the company, the joint discussion with Managing Director Rainer Jäger included the necessary fiber optic expansion, which the broadband association is now pushing ahead with in the Sulzbach-Laufen industrial estate. The current skills situation and energy issues were also discussed.
The District Administrator was particularly impressed by JÄGER Handling’s ability to innovate and its comprehensive know-how. The pandemic-related slump in the automotive industry was handled well there. “One visible indicator of the great success of JÄGER Handling is the significant growth in the number of employees,” said the District Administrator, addressing Managing Director Rainer Jäger. “The capacities at your new company site, which was built in 2017 with funding from the state and the EU, are almost full again. This development is impressive,” continued District Administrator Gerhard Bauer.

Investing in the future
Wednesday, April 13, 2022 saw the inauguration of the new die-sinking EDM machine in the production hall at Kocherweg 20. The new horse in the production stable promises increased precision and more efficient work. The resulting reduction in the number of electrodes used also saves time and money. The machine operator, production manager and managing director were all more than satisfied at the inauguration ceremony.
