Description

Unclamp unit

The unclamp unit releases the tension of the counter-holder bit after the screwing process by means of a mechanical gate. The mechanical gate can be actuated pneumatically by means of a cylinder, electrically by means of a lifting magnet or by the operator by means of a cable-operated hand lever. The unclamp unit is attached to the back of the angle head and can also be retrofitted if required.

Actuation unclamp unit

The actuation for the unclamp unit of the HAD angle heads 4W2x, 4W3x and 4W4x activates the mechanical gate. These are available as electric, pneumatic or manual actuators.

Electrical control

The electrical control for the electrical actuation of the unclamp unit. The solenoid is energized by the control for one second, no matter how long the 24 V DC start signal is applied. After each energization of the solenoid, there is a 6-second switch-on delay until it can be triggered again (overload protection).

Cables

Cable M12, 4-pin, S-coded for the connection of electrical actuation and control of the unclamp unit.

Drive extension

A drive extension for the angle heads 4Wx with a length of 160nn - 250mm.

Protection

The protection made of elastic plastic suitable for the angle head has a high wear and abrasion resistance. It protects the angle head housing from damage, especially in tight screwing locations.
