Various configurations of the handy-lift system are available for horizontal tightening applications. All variants include the following standard scope, which can be selected in the configurator:

XY rail system with energy guiding

Securing the parking position

Position queries with sensors or position measuring systems

handy-lift with balancer and energy guiding

Rigid or rotatable tool holder

khl01: One tightening plane

  • Rigid tool holder
  • For tightening points in one tightening plane

khl02: Two retangular tightening planes

  • Rotatable around one axis
  • For 2 tightening planes arranged retangular to each other

khl03: Two variable-angle tightening planes

  • Rotatable around one axis
  • 2 screwing planes can be arranged at any angle to each other

khl04: Three variable-angle tightening planes

  • Rotatable around 2 axes
  • 3 screwdriving levels can be arranged at any angle to each other
