The DEMA (rotary unit around the motor axis) enables targeted rotation of a nutrunner with angle output drive around its motor axis.

Designed to handle torques from approx. 100 Nm to 500 Nm (depending on version).
Swivel range from 270° to 360° – optionally with end stops or freely rotatable.
Option for stepless setting of end stops (depending on variant).
Needle-bearing rotary motion for precise and smooth-running rotation.
Integrated clamping sleeve for nutrunners with diameters from Ø35 to Ø65 mm.
Expandable with functions such as swivel angle detection as well as indexing or latching.
High variability for adaptation to different tightening positions and applications.

Application
Suitable for industrial assembly applications where a nutrunner with angle output drive must be rotated between multiple tightening positions. Supports ergonomic working, improves accessibility to tightening positions and enables reproducible positioning in the process.
