Task
After picking up the swivel bearing in a horizontal gripper position, the pneumatic controller of the handy-arm optimally adjusts the weight compensation via an integrated load cell. Subsequently, the component gripper swivels into the vertical position to precisely deposit the swivel bearing in this orientation. For seamless process monitoring, all relevant motion sequences and the respective gripper positions are continuously monitored by sensors.
