Gear Component Handling Gear Housing

Task

Component handling of a gear unit.
The operator manually guides the handling device to the gear unit located in a deep-drawn film. After correct positioning of the component gripper, the gear unit is gripped via a two-hand control. Subsequently, the component handling device automatically performs the lifting motion, moves the gear unit onto the workpiece carrier, and sets it down there. After depositing, the system automatically returns to the starting position. The entire process is to be carried out purely pneumatically.
