Multiplier Straight Drives

Multiplier straight drives have been specifically developed for applications requiring high torques in a compact design. Through integrated translation (torque multiplication), they enable efficient force amplification with simultaneous direct, linear power transmission—without angular deflection. They are particularly suitable for demanding tightening processes where limited installation space and high process reliability are critical. Thanks to their robust construction and precise calibration, multiplier straight drives ensure reliable, reproducible torque transmission even under continuous industrial loads.

1. with square drive, quick-change function, stroke (ESM): 5 Nm – 35 Nm

2. with square drive, quick-change function, stroke (BG5): 30 Nm – 150 Nm

3. with angle head (BG5): 150 Nm – 500 Nm
