This bundle combines the spring balancer's suspension with reliable detection of the carbo-arm extension's parking position. This allows for seamless integration of the carbo-arm into automation processes.

Spring Balancer Suspension
The spring balancer is mounted to the adjacent structure using a retaining plate and carabiner, and additionally secured by a safety rope.

Parking Position Detection
An adjustable buffer on the spring balancer's rope actuates a shift flag in the parking position, which subsequently reliably dampens an inductive proximity switch. It is suitable for roller-units and carbo-arms with vertical spring balancer connection.

Inductive proximity switch (Balluff or ifm)
Detects metallic objects contactless and reliably transmits the signal via a PNP normally open output. Suitable for D30 clamping brackets.
