This bundle includes a detent roller including a drive-on ramp for reliable position securing of the handy-lifts 100–500 in a parking area. The Components are specifically designed for use on a double lane trolley. When entering the parking area, the spring-mounted detent roller is pushed down by the ramp. After passing the drive-on ramp, the roller extends again by spring action, so that the parking position can only be left by a deliberate force acting on the system from the outside.
The detent roller is ideal for tight space conditions, to keep passageways clear or to prevent collisions on indexing conveyor systems (in conjunction with an optional sensor).

Assembly
The detent roller bracket is mounted directly on the trolley of the handy-lifts using pipe clamps. The matching drive-on ramp can be flexibly fastened at any desired position in the slot of the eepos aluminum profile.
