Function
The handy-lift 100 is a lifting axis for mounting static loads and torques. The lifting axis absorbs torques in both vertical and horizontal directions.
Features
Stroke in 150 mm increments, standard up to 500 mm (larger strokes available upon request)
Payload range from 1.8 kg to 11.8 kg
Square tube lengths from 600 mm to 1600 mm
Maximum torques horizontal up to 100 Nm, vertical up to 60 Nm
With increasing stroke, both the maximum load capacity and torque decrease
A Tecna spring tension unit serves as weight compensation, available separately
Application
The handy-lift 100 is used in assembly processes, primarily in industrial tightening technology.
