This bundle includes a handy-lift 500 for a double lane crane bridge or double lane crane rail. The trolley, transfer plates, guide rail, and square tube (both available in flexible lengths), as well as the balancer bracket, form the ideal basis for ensuring reliable weight relief and secure torque support for tightening units. The perfectly matched components ensure maximum efficiency, organization, and noticeably smooth-running, precise movement within the rails.

Assembly
The handy-lift is inserted into the corresponding double lane crane rail or double lane crane bridge using the trolley. For maximum operational safety, two fall protection devices are attached to the trolley.

Transfer plates
The transfer plates serve the organized supply of cables and pneumatic hoses. Integrated strain relief combs and robust attachment to the trolley and the vertical guide rail support structured, strain-relieved, and secure media routing.

Weight relief and torque support
The vertical guide rail with recirculating ball bearing guide is weight-relieved using the balancer and also allows for infinitely variable setting of the stroke range. The lifting axis absorbs the torques in both vertical and horizontal directions.
