This bundle includes the pneumatic clamping unit as well as a matching position queries system for the vertical axis of the handy-lift 200.
The combination is ideal for securely clamping the vertical extension in the inductively queried default position as well as in additional inductively queried working positions, ensuring an all-round safe process sequence. The system can also be expanded flexibly to query and clamp additional positions as required.
The clamping unit is designed purely as a holding brake and must expressly not be used as a dynamic brake.

Assembly clamping unit
Assembly of the clamping unit including clamping cartridge is carried out directly on the square tube of the handy-lift 200. A shaft coupled to the extension moves automatically during extension and runs precisely through the clamping cartridge.

Assembly position queries
The aluminum profile is fastened directly to the square tube of the handy-lift 200 using two sheet-metal brackets. The profile slots allow flexible sensor positioning.
Thanks to the rigid connection to the device extension, the shift flag moves automatically during extension, changing its position relative to the sensors.
