This bundle includes the pneumatic clamping unit and a matching position query for the vertical axis of the handy-lift 100-500.
The combination is ideal for the secure clamping of the vertical extension in the inductively queried default position as well as in other inductively queried working positions, ensuring a completely safe process sequence. The system can also be flexibly expanded to query and clamp additional positions if required.
The clamping unit is designed purely as a holding brake and must explicitly not be used as a dynamic brake.

Clamping unit assembly
The assembly of the clamping unit, including the clamping cartridge, takes place directly on the square tube of the handy-lift 100-500. A shaft coupled to the extension moves automatically during the extension process and runs precisely through the clamping cartridge.

Position query assembly
The aluminum profile is attached directly to the square tube of the handy-lift 100-500 via two sheet metal brackets. The grooves in the profile allow for flexible placement of the sensors.
Due to the rigid connection with the extension of the device, the shift flag moves automatically during the extension process and thus changes its position relative to the sensors.
