This bundle includes the pneumatic clamping unit and a suitable position query for the vertical axis of the handy-lift 300.
The combination is ideal for secure clamping of the vertical extension in the inductively queried default position, as well as in other inductively queried working positions, thus ensuring a completely safe process flow. The system can also be flexibly expanded to query and clamp additional positions as needed.
The clamping unit is designed purely as a holding brake and must explicitly not be used as a dynamic brake.

Clamping Unit Assembly
The clamping unit, including the clamping cartridge, is assembled directly on the square tube of the handy-lift 300. A shaft coupled with the extension automatically moves along during the extension process and runs precisely through the clamping cartridge.

Position Query Assembly
The aluminum profile is fastened using two sheet metal brackets directly on the square tube of the handy-lift 300. The grooves of the profile allow for flexible placement of the sensors.
Due to the rigid connection with the device's extension, the shift flag automatically moves along during the extension process, thereby changing its position relative to the sensors.
