This bundle includes the pneumatic clamping unit and a matching position query for the vertical axis of the handy-lift 500.
The combination is ideal for secure clamping of the vertical extension in the inductively queried default position as well as in additional inductively queried working positions, ensuring a completely safe process flow. The system can also be flexibly expanded to query and clamp additional positions as needed.
The clamping unit is designed as a holding brake only and must expressly not be used as a dynamic brake.

Assembly Clamping Unit
The clamping unit including clamping cartridge is mounted directly on the square tube of the handy-lift 500. A shaft coupled to the extension automatically moves during the extension process and runs precisely through the clamping cartridge.

Assembly Position Query
The aluminum extrusion is attached via two sheet metal brackets directly to the square tube of the handy-lift 500. The grooves in the profile allow flexible placement of the sensors.
Due to the rigid connection with the device's extension, the shift flag automatically moves during the extension process, changing its position relative to the sensors.
