This bundle includes a handy-lift 100 for a double track crane bridge or double track crane rail. The trolley, the transfer plates, the guide rail and the square tube (both flexibly selectable in length) as well as the spring tension mount form the ideal basis for ensuring reliable weight relief and secure torque support for screw units. The perfectly matched components ensure maximum efficiency, organization and noticeably smooth-running and precise movement in the rails.

Assembly
The handy-lift is inserted with the trolley into the corresponding double track crane rail or double track crane bridge. For maximum operational safety, two fall protection devices are attached to the trolley.

Transfer Plates
The transfer plates serve for the organized routing of cables and pneumatic hoses. Integrated strain relief combs and robust fastening to the trolley and the vertical guide rail support structured, strain-relieved, and secure media routing.

Weight relief and torque support
The vertical guide rail with recirculating ball bearing is weight-relieved by means of the spring tension and also enables stepless setting of the stroke range. The lifting axis absorbs the torques in both vertical and horizontal directions.
