This bundle includes a handy-lift 200 for a double track crane bridge or double track crane rail. The trolley, the transfer plates, the guide rail and the square tube (both flexibly selectable in length) as well as the balancer bracket form the ideal basis for ensuring reliable weight relief and secure torque support for screwing units. The perfectly coordinated components ensure maximum efficiency, organization and noticeably smooth-running and precise movement in the rails.

Assembly
The handy-lift is inserted with the trolley into the corresponding double track crane rail or double track crane bridge. For maximum operational safety, two fall protection devices are attached to the trolley.

Transfer plates
The transfer plates are used for organized routing of cables and pneumatic hoses. Integrated strain relief combs and robust attachment to the trolley and to the vertical guide rail support structured, strain-relieved and secure media routing.

Weight relief and torque support
The vertical guide rail with recirculating ball bearing is weight-relieved by means of the balancer and also enables stepless setting of the stroke range. The lifting axis absorbs the torques in both vertical and horizontal directions.
