This bundle includes a handy-lift 200 for a double track crane bridge or double track crane rail. The trolley, transfer plates, guide rail and square tube (both with freely selectable length), as well as the balancer bracket, form the ideal basis for ensuring reliable weight relief and safe torque support for screw units. The perfectly matched Components ensure maximum efficiency, order, and noticeably smooth-running and precise movement in the rails.

Assembly
The handy-lift is driven into the corresponding double track crane rail or double track crane bridge with the trolley. For maximum operational safety, two fall protections are attached to the trolley.

Transfer plates
The transfer plates are used for the orderly feed of cables and pneumatic hoses. Integrated strain-relief combs and robust fastening to the trolley and the vertical guide rail support structured, strain-relieved and safe media routing.

Weight relief and torque support
The vertical guide rail with recirculating ball guide is weight-relieved with the help of the balancer and also enables stepless setting of the stroke range. The lifting axis absorbs the torques in both the vertical and horizontal directions.
