This bundle includes the mechanical retraction for a handy-lift 100–500 in single track and double track trolleys.
As soon as the operator releases the device, the spring balancer ensures controlled return to the parking position.
The retraction is used in tight space conditions, to keep passages clear, or to avoid collisions on clocked conveyor systems (in combination with an optional sensor).

Assembly
A spring balancer (Tecna brand) mounted via a bracket on the crane rail reliably retracts the handy-lift or crane bridge.
Using the stop plate attached to the trolley or crane bridge and a hydraulic end position damper, gentle deceleration is guaranteed.

Adjustable retraction force
The retraction force is adjustable from 1 kg to 2.5 kg (with a cable extension length of 2,000 mm).
